microgaming Terms of Use
When you join microgaming, you accept these terms and conditions. Our terms govern your account, your deposits and withdrawals, your use of our football markets, live-dealer tables, slot games, and esports offerings. We operate under jurisdiction-restricted framing: our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's law.
We at microgaming enforce these terms fairly and consistently. We do not change them arbitrarily, but we reserve the right to update them with advance notice. If we make material changes, we notify you via email or an in-account message. Your continued use of microgaming after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
This guide explains our core policies—account creation and security, deposits and withdrawals, bonus terms, market settlement, and dispute resolution. Read it carefully before you fund your account or place your first wager on Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, or any other offering on microgaming.
Account opening and security on microgaming
To open an account on microgaming, you provide your email, a password, your full name, date of birth, phone number, and address. You verify your email via a confirmation link. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to open an account; we do not specify a universal age because it varies by region. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Once your account is created, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We encourage you to use a strong password and to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). If your account is compromised, notify us immediately. We can review suspicious activity, lock your account, and assist in recovery. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access if you failed to protect your password.
Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies. We detect multi-accounting and account sharing through automated systems; if detected, we may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any balance.
We use encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) to protect your data in transit. Your password is hashed using a one-way function; we never store it in plain text. Your personal information and balance are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Only authorized staff can access decrypted data under strict audit logs.
Our microgaming deposit and withdrawal policy
Deposits on microgaming flow through QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). We do not set minimum or maximum deposit amounts; your bank or payment provider may impose limits. Deposits are credited to your account immediately or within minutes, depending on the payment method.
Your balance is held in a segregated account and is not used for our operations. We never lend your balance or invest it on our behalf. If microgaming fails financially, your balance is protected as a client fund, not as an asset of our business.
Withdrawals require your account to be fully verified (KYC completed). Before your first withdrawal, we request a government-issued ID and proof of address. Our compliance team reviews these documents within one to three business days. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals do not require re-verification unless suspicious activity flags your account.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing
We undertake standard anti-fraud checks on all withdrawals. This review typically takes a few hours during business hours. Once approved, funds are sent to your registered bank or e-wallet; settlement time depends on your financial institution (typically 1-3 business days for bank transfers, minutes for e-wallets).
If your withdrawal is delayed or refused, we notify you of the reason and allow you to provide additional information or dispute our decision. We do not refuse withdrawals arbitrarily. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, suspicious activity patterns, or regulatory holds. You can contact our support team to discuss.
Bonus and promotion terms on microgaming
We occasionally offer bonuses or promotions on microgaming. Any bonus is subject to specific terms: a minimum deposit requirement, a playthrough requirement (a bet turnover you must complete before withdrawing bonus funds), and an expiration period. Bonus terms vary; we display them clearly before you claim any bonus.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a bonus if we suspect abuse—for example, if you claim a bonus with the sole intent to withdraw it without playing, or if you exploit a bonus in combination with arbitrage wagering. If we detect bonus abuse, we may void the bonus, forfeit any bonus winnings, and close your account.
Bonuses are not guaranteed. We may change, suspend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time with notice. Your continued use of microgaming implies acceptance of updated bonus terms.
Market settlement and dispute resolution on microgaming
Markets on microgaming settle based on official results from leagues or governing bodies. For Liga 1 matches, we settle based on the result declared by the Indonesian football federation. For Champions League, we use official UEFA records. For esports (Mobile Legends Professional League, Free Fire tournaments), we use official league records.
If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, we apply settlement rules published in our betting rules section. Typically, an abandoned match is voided and stakes are refunded. A postponed match carries over to the rescheduled date; settlement is based on the final result whenever it occurs.
If you dispute a market settlement, contact our support team with evidence—screenshots of your wager, official match records, league announcements. We investigate disputes and issue a resolution. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to our compliance team, which conducts a final review. Our compliance decision is binding unless you pursue external arbitration or a regulatory complaint.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
Our services are available only where local law permits. We do not offer services in jurisdictions where online wagering or gaming is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your access to microgaming complies with your own jurisdiction's law. We are not liable if you access microgaming from a jurisdiction where it is illegal.
If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan and you are using microgaming, you represent that you have verified compliance with local law. If you travel to another region or country, your access may be blocked if that jurisdiction prohibits online gaming. We implement geographic restrictions based on IP address and account location; these are automated and may have false positives or negatives. If you believe you are incorrectly blocked or allowed, contact our support team.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where microgaming is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to arbitration in accordance with our arbitration clause, not litigation. You waive your right to a jury trial or class-action lawsuit by agreeing to these terms.

Our commitment to fair play and data protection on microgaming
We at microgaming are committed to fair play. Our slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) use certified random-number generation; each spin is independent and unpredictable. Our live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) depend on physical randomness (card shuffles, ball spins) and are monitored by independent auditors. Our sports and esports markets are based on real-world outcomes; we do not manipulate results.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We use your data to operate microgaming, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with regulations. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; contact our support team to submit a data request.
We comply with international standards for anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF). We may freeze your account if we detect suspicious activity and report it to relevant authorities. This is a legal obligation, not a choice. We do not disclose details of such freezes to third parties unless legally compelled.
If you have a complaint about our service, data handling, or fairness, contact our support team. If we cannot resolve it internally, you may lodge a complaint with your local gambling regulator or financial ombudsman, if available. We encourage you to exhaust internal resolution before pursuing external complaints, but you retain all external rights under your jurisdiction's law.
